DATA COLLECTION

GemiFlow stores your chat organization data (folder names, chat titles, and assignments) locally in your browser using Chrome's storage API. No data is transmitted to external servers.

WHAT WE COLLECT

All data collected is stored 100% locally on your device:

  • • Chat titles and URLs from Google Gemini (stored locally)
  • • Folder names and structure you create (stored locally)
  • • Your organizational preferences (stored locally)

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

GemiFlow does NOT collect:

  • • Chat content or messages
  • • Personal information
  • • Analytics or usage statistics
  • • Any data outside of gemini.google.com

DATA STORAGE

All data is stored locally on your device using chrome.storage.local API. Nothing is sent to external servers or third parties. Your data remains entirely on your device and is never synced to the cloud, never transmitted to any server, and never accessed by anyone but you.

DATA SHARING

We do NOT share, sell, or transmit your data to anyone. All data remains on your device. Your data is not accessed by advertising networks, analytics platforms, or any external services.

PERMISSIONS

GemiFlow requests the following minimal permissions:

  • • storage: Store your folder organization locally on your device
  • • scripting: Display the sidebar on Google Gemini pages
  • • host: gemini.google.com: Only access Google Gemini website (no other sites)

DATA DELETION

Uninstalling the extension automatically deletes all stored data from your device. Since all data is stored locally using Chrome's storage API, removing the extension will remove all associated data.

SECURITY

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security. We recommend keeping your browser and operating system updated to ensure the highest level of security. GemiFlow is compliant with Manifest V3 security standards and implements Content Security Policy (CSP) and XSS protection measures.

GDPR COMPLIANCE

GemiFlow is designed with privacy by default and complies with GDPR regulations. Since all data is stored locally and no data is transmitted or processed by external servers, you maintain full control over your personal data at all times.

OPEN SOURCE

GemiFlow is released under the MIT License. The source code is publicly available for review, and anyone can audit the code to verify our privacy claims and security practices.
